THE MIAMI

The building will reflect the architectural styling from the French art deco period of the 1920's. This particular style was later transplanted to the United States in what is now world famous South Beach in Miami, Florida. The area lends itself perfectly (only 100 meters from the beach) for this clean colorful stylish look. This hotel will be a mix of quaint hotel rooms, and different size modern industrial lofts. The clean lines of the art deco period will be clearly present on every floor. Each of the 27 rooms will have a totally different look and feel as well as 10 different price points to attract all types of guests from around the world.

"The Miami" will be wired to support state of the art communications throughout the building. Each floor will be hard wired for high-speed internet connections as well as having secured wireless connections throughout. In addition each floor will have internet phone lines, local land lines, and local cell phones. This will allow for seamless communications in Brazil and around the world. In addition to further assist with worldwide electrical differences the building will also be wired to support both 110 and 220 volt appliances.

The target market for "The Miami" is the businessman who wants a unique well equipped place to stay for a few days, few weeks or a few months while discovering Brazil and staying connected to their particular world. Brazil is a great country from which to do business from and in, while generating Euro or dollars in your own perspective country. This is the true invest/work/play/entertain environment that people will be seeking in future years to come. Why spend the entire winter in Chicago or Munich when you can work and vacation in Fortaleza in a tropical climate; while still being able to monitor your business at home. "The Miami" will become the traveling businessman's dream.

In addition, the 2500 sqft lobby/ lounge and outside garden area will become a well know Fortaleza landmark. Add to this a 1600 square foot roof top pool and club area which will be perfect for private functions as well as a common area for all residents. Through music, lighting, and design the lobby will incorporate very similar attributes of some of the world's most famous hotels that currently exist in South Beach. The ultimate goal of "The Miami" is to showcase the country of Brazil, the state of Ceara, and the city of Fortaleza with this one of a kind hotel!!!!

The Lobby

You will enter the lobby through a large set of steel and glass doors. Directly in front of you will be the reception area controlled by 2 highly trained multi-lingual receptionists. Directly to your left will be a large open area which will have the ability to be transformed into a dance floor, lounge, or small restaurant. This room will transcend the essence of a modern art gallery and high end lounge. The art throughout the room will be a combination of high end photography and various works of south beach art deco style artwork. The music style that you will hear once you hear once you enter the building be a mix of eclectic lounge style music from around the world.

As you look to your left will be a small area with intimate tables and booths. As you walk beyond the tables you will find the first of 3 bars. This particular bar will be the primary bar for the service of the lobby. This bar area will transcend style and flair throughout the room. The bars lighting will change depending on the type of mood for the evening or event.

Directly in front of you as you walk past the bar will be set of clear glass automatic doors that will take you out to a small private outdoor tropical garden and bar area number two. The outside tropical garden will house a diverse number of plants indigenous to Brazil. This space will be created to offer a place of peace while dining, drinking, or just simply relaxing after a long week or a long year. As you proceed to your right and upward you will find a very exclusive V.I.P area and private bar number three. This area will allow people to view the entire outside area with no unnecessary distractions from anyone else in the building. This area is for people who want exceptional service and total privacy while enjoying the ambience created from the entire space.

Directly underneath the V.I.P. area will be two private bathrooms with an outside vanity. These bathrooms will continue with the same essence of space and style. The bathrooms and outside vanity area will be a conversation piece when returning to your group. Sound, site, smell, and touch senses will be a very strong consideration with this unique bathroom design.

Five pm will begin a nightly happy hour for local business men around Fortaleza as well as international businessmen and guests form around the world. On one night of the week expect "The Miami" lobby to transform into a intimate nightclub .This sheik lounge/ nightclub will bring people from all over Fortaleza and the world on those very special nights.

In conclusion, the objective for this lobby will be to introduce the city of Fortaleza to a much needed breath of fresh air. The ability to host small events, receptions, fashion shows, and photo-shoots will allow this lobby to create a name for itself in Fortaleza, Brazil, and the rest of the world.

"The Office"

The idea with our office was to give everyone the opportunity to be able to conduct any type of business in Brazil or with anyone in the world. An entire level has been devoted to business so that you can not only enjoy Brazil, but can also spend a few hours a day keeping up with business demands here and at home. Two state of the art conference rooms for small and large groups have been designed to assist any small to medium size company with there meeting needs. All state of the art communications and audio visual needs will be integrated into both these conference rooms. The office will have a full-time receptionist on duty to assist with any needs that the client may require.

The nice thing about doing business at the "The Miami" is that it allows you to enjoy the rest of the facilities once you have completed your work in the "The Office". We can easily set up set up something for you in the lobby or one of our other private areas throughout the building. Once again the true work, play, entertain environment is always present in the building.

The Hotel rooms

20 unique hotel rooms were developed for the short term guest. These suites are perfect for the client who wants a small taste of "The Miami" accommodations for the night or for a few days. Each suite will have a unique personality and style that will take you to a different place and time from the outside world. The combination of lighting, furnishings, and amenities will keep you completely satisfied in one of our more cozy spaces. Our hope is that our suites will introduce you to a truly unique property in Fortaleza, Brazil.

Mini-Loft

The mini-loft will give you the loft feel and more space 70m2 (755 sqft) then the hotel rooms but for less money then the full-size luxury lofts. It will provide you with a full bar and seating area as well as a huge balcony to enjoy the breezes off the ocean. This room is a new creation in Fortaleza and will be one of only four in existence in the city.

The Loft

The design of the loft space had to take into account a number of important features. In essence it needed to be many things to many people. The final design has allowed this lengthy list of criteria to be met and surpassed.

Although many so-called lofts provide open floor plans, they normally do not provide the size, height, or specialty upgrades that this space has provided The Miami Loft Space provides you with a large open floor plan – 144m² (1550sqft) and a ceiling height of 3 meters. This allowed us to create a completely open feeling throughout the space. In addition you will also find large private closets and vanity areas with large custom designed specialty bathrooms for you and your guests. The kitchen areas are unique and are the dream of any amateur or professional chef. This kitchen will allow for romantic private dinners prepared by one of the chefs on the Miami Lofts hotel staff.

The Penthouse

The design of the penthouse had space, height, and luxury in mind. It needed to provide all the same amenities that the loft floor plans provided but with a true entertainment and privacy aspect that could only come with the addition of the mezzanine level. The ability to create an 2 bedrooms and custom home theatre as well as a one of a kind bar, a dance floor, and DJ area for large and small parties will give this space the true private entertainment individuals and small groups are looking for today

The overall dimensions of the space will be 188m² (2000sqft) with ceiling heights to 5.5 meters (17ft). This added additional space and height will set itself apart form the rest of the building. In addition this will be the only space in the building that will be able to connect directly to the rooftop lounge garden and pool. This will allow the guests to possibly posses 332m² (3550 sqft) of complete privacy and luxury.

"There can be only one " PENTHOUSE for each building. Brazil Tourism Investment's goal is to make this event facility the best in Fortaleza!!!

"The Top"

The top of the building will house a full kitchen, two full size bathrooms, outside shower, full bar area, pool, outside lounge garden, and private air conditioned VIP area. "The Top" will serve as a common area for all during the day, but will function as a private party area at night. This space can either be rented out alone or in combination with the penthouse or another space in the building.
