All or a few of these specialized people may be needed for your specific individual investment. What we do is utilize a proven group of individuals and follow each step until complete. We charge a flat consulting fee for your particular investment and this allows you to only deal with BTI. We will do all the leg work necessary to complete your project to your satisfaction and make sure that everything is handled for you in a timely, correct, and legal manner. Unless you speak Portuguese and have a lot of time to spend in Brazil to assess all the people that you will need to secure and manage your purchase; we strongly advise you use us from the beginning so that your investment does not end up costing you double in the end. There are a million different nightmares that can be avoided by simply paying a consulting fee and signing a contract with us to handle everything for you in Brazil.
